AM I

I am a freelance Content Creator, Digital Marketer and Online Media Manager based in Belgium.

I have spent the last several years helping individuals and businesses establish themselves online, create content, grow and engage their communities and find their place in the digital marketplace.

From managing creative projects to generating new ideas and stratergies I have a passion to work with people who need a bespoke, tailored and hands on service.

What I offer is the wealth of my knowledge and experience as well as my creativity and expertise. I have a love of everything digital and of future technologies and innovation but also about creating connections with people on a human level and helping my clients to find their audience and generate leads.

Part one of a video collaboration which I filmed and edited with Rudi Vanlancker called Breathe. Rudi is an ex Belgian national team athlete and an amazing personal trainer. His practice focuses on breath work, cold water immersion, fitness, animal flow, Ido Portal method and much more. In this first part filmed in his studio in July 2022 he demonstrates his own daily breath work practice and apnea training.
