I have a passion for helping people move better and feel better mentally and physically with over 10 years of experience as an instructor and coach in Fighting Arts, Combatives and Holistic Coaching focusing on overall fitness and wellbeing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All discovery package sessions are individual sessions for new clients. each session lasts approx. 55 mins long. Sessions canceled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged the full price of the session. After the completion of Discovery Package sessions all subsequent sessions will be charged at the normal rates.

Sessions or packages must be paid for prior to scheduling.
Every extra person joining a session is charged at a fee of: +10€.
Cancellation Policy : 24 hours. Expiration of sessions : 6 months per 10 sessions.
Each session lasts approx. 65 minutes
