01: FITNESS

Fitness & Mobility

Fitness & Mobility training focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and overall movement for a balanced and resilient body. Whether you’re looking to enhance conditioning or performance, improve posture, or regain functional mobility, this program integrates tailored exercises to boost agility, stability, and physical health.

Through a combination of functional fitness, fighting sports, body weight exercises, balance work, agility exercises, weight/strength training, flexibility work, and movement-focused routines, you'll build a foundation for long-term fitness and injury prevention while enhancing your body's natural range of motion. 

The real benefit of this type of training is the focus on the body as a whole, on overall movement and functionality and on creating a training plan that enhances your life.​

02: FIGHTING SPORTS/ COMBATIVES

For Civilians & Professionals

Fighting sports & Combatives training builds assertiveness, confidence, strength, agility, and preparedness. The program covers striking (punching, boxing, kicking, knees & elbows), grappling, clinch fighting, and weapons training, including edge weapons countermeasures. You’ll learn how to train like a fighter and get fight fit physically and mentally as well as learning about escape and evasion tactics, how to handle aggressors, and how to navigate violent encounters with a tactical, fighting mindset.

This training is ideal for civilians of all ages looking to experience fighting sports or looking for a self defence training to become more capable and confident, as well as professionals seeking advanced, realistic training. With an emphasis on conditioning and attribute building, live energy drills and safe intense practice, ensuring you’re fully prepared for real-world scenarios or just fit to fight. 

03: MIND & BODY

Mental Coaching & Preparation

Our Mind & Body Mental Coaching program is designed to enhance key attributes such as confidence, mindfulness, assertiveness, resilience, calmness, discipline, adaptability, patience, and mental toughness. Through physical activity, including movement, fitness, fighting sports, sparring, weight training, and bodyweight exercises, we create controlled challenges that simulate stress. Overcoming these challenges builds mental strength that can be transferred to everyday life, helping you handle work-related stress and personal obstacles with greater ease.

This training is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing burnout, depression, stress, or those struggling with confidence and assertiveness. By pushing your limits physically, we help you grow mentally, empowering you to face life's challenges with newfound strength and composure.

04: FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS

Pekiti Tirsia Kali

The Filipino Martial Arts program focuses on the dynamic and highly effective fighting system of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali.

Kali is an indigenous fighting art of the Philippines based on tactics and strategies derived from edged weapons. Pekiti-Tirsia Kali is a complete system incorporating both weapons and empty hands fighting methods. Designed to be effective against  both single and multiple attackers, Pekiti-Tirsia is an ancient art that has evolved to stay relevant for modern combat and self-defense scenarios.

Pekiti-Tirsia has become the only system recognized by the Philippine government, as the basis for the official combative programs of their Armed Forces; Including the elite Force-Recon Marine battalion and Philippine National Police.

All discovery package sessions are individual sessions for new clients. each session lasts approx. 55 mins long. Sessions canceled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged the full price of the session. After the completion of Discovery Package sessions all subsequent sessions will be charged at the normal rates.

Every extra person joining a session is charged at a fee of: +10€.

Cancellation Policy : 24 hours. Expiration of sessions : 6 months per 10 sessions.

Each session lasts approx. 65 minutes
